The flagship

A tradie website that books jobs, not one that sits there looking pretty.

Most trade websites are a brochure. A logo, a gallery, a contact form that gets you a name and a number you then chase for a week. That is not a website, that is a business card that cost you three grand.

I am a carpenter of twenty years who has run his own business for ten of them. I did not come to this from web design. I came to it because my own site was losing me work, so I built one that stopped doing that.

This is the other kind. A customer lands on it, gets a real ballpark price on the spot, and a fully-formed job lands in your job system before they have closed the tab. Same traffic. More work booked.

The full build
$3,500 to $10,000

depending on the build, plus $150 to $250 a month hosting and care

Live in
about a week
Quote wizard
included
Leads go to
your job system
Built by
20 yrs on the tools
No portfolio needed

You are already looking at the sample.

I could show you screenshots of other people's sites. Instead, judge this one. Every page you have clicked, the speed, the way it behaves on your phone, the way the words sound like a bloke and not a brochure. That is the build.

Same thing goes for team247.au, my fencing business. Same stack, same quote wizard, and it is the only way a lead gets into my business now.

What most tradie sites do

  • Take 5 seconds to load on a phone
  • Give you a name and a number, nothing else
  • Sit in an inbox until you get off site
  • Look like every other site the same bloke built

What this one does

  • Loads before they lose interest
  • Gives a real ballpark price on the spot
  • Files a complete job into your job system
  • Looks like your business, not a template
What you actually get

Six things, and every one of them earns its keep.

No padding, no line items you will never use. This is the list I would want if I were buying it.

01

A site that loads before they lose interest

Built on the same stack the big tech companies use, not a page builder stuffed with plugins. Most tradie sites take five seconds to load on a phone. Yours will not.

02

An instant quote wizard, not a contact form

A name-and-number form gets you a lead you have to chase for a week. A quote wizard gives the customer a real ballpark on the spot and sends you a fully-formed job. Same traffic, more work booked.

03

Leads land in your job system, not your inbox

Every lead files itself into ServiceM8 or whatever you run, with the right note attached so nothing gets lost between the website and the ute.

04

Google set up so you get found

On-page SEO, your Google Business Profile sorted, structured data, sitemaps, the lot. Every old page from your existing site redirected so you keep the rankings you already have.

05

Your actual work, shot properly

No stock photos of somebody else's fence. If you need real footage of your crew, I bring in the videographer who shoots mine.

06

Then I keep it running

Hosting, backups, speed, security and the small changes you would never get around to. You ring me, it gets done. No ticket system.

Not my words

A fencing contractor, about this exact build.

He left this on one of my posts, in public, unprompted. It links straight to the comment so you can go and check it is real.

"Mate, I'm loving your new site and quote request page. I'm going to copy you mate, it's great and I hope everyone starts to do the same. I'm over wasting 12 hours a week running after tyre kickers. Keep it up mate, you're killing it."

Is it worth it

A website is a cost until it wins you one job. Then it is an asset.

Most tradies think about a website as a bill. The only question that actually matters is how many jobs it has to win before it has paid for itself. Have a play.

Do the sums on your own numbers.

Drag these to whatever is true for your business. I am not going to tell you what a website is worth. Your own numbers will.

$4,500
1
$6,000
Extra work a year, on those numbers
$54,000
Build plus a year of hosting
$8,400
Jobs needed to cover it
2 jobs
Ahead after year one
$45,600

This is your arithmetic, not a promise. I cannot guarantee you extra jobs and anyone who does is having a lend of you. What I can tell you is that the number of jobs it takes to pay for the thing is usually smaller than people expect.

By the way, this little calculator is the exact idea behind the quote wizard I put on your site. Real number, on the spot, no form to fill in first. That is why it converts better than a contact form.

How it runs

Five steps. About a week.

You are busy. This is built so the only real work on your end is sending me photos and telling me what to change.

01

We have a yarn

Half an hour. What you do, who you want more of, what your current site is failing at. I tell you straight whether you need the full build or just a refresh.

02

I build it

You send me your photos and your details. I write the copy in your voice, build the pages, wire up the quote wizard and connect it to your job system.

03

You have a look

You get a private link before anything goes live. Tell me what to change. We go around until it is right, not until the hours run out.

04

It goes live

I point your domain, redirect every old page so your Google rankings survive, and set up the tracking so you can see what is actually working.

05

I keep it running

Hosting, backups, speed, security and the small changes. You ring me, it gets done. $150 to $250 a month, no lock-in.

Pricing

Three ways in. Prices on the page.

I am not going to make you fill in a form to find out what it costs. Every price here is AUD and every one of them is what I actually charge.

Most trades pick this

The 10K Website Builder

$3,500 to $10,000
depending on the build, plus $150 to $250 a month hosting and care

The full build. New site, your copy, the quote wizard, the lead automations and the Google setup. This is what you are looking at right now.

  • Built new, on the fast stack
  • Instant quote wizard included
  • Leads wired into your job system
  • Full on-page SEO and Google setup
  • Live in about a week

Website Refresh

$2,500 to $5,000 + GST
for a site that works but looks tired

You have already got a site and it is not embarrassing, it is just slow and dated. I rebuild it sharp and quick with the SEO sorted, without the full flagship spend.

  • Your existing site rebuilt properly
  • Mobile speed fixed
  • On-page SEO done right
  • Lead capture that actually captures

Hosting and Care

From $150/mo
per month, no lock-in contract

Already happy with your site but sick of nobody answering when something breaks? I host it, keep it fast and secure, and make the changes you never get around to.

  • Hosting, backups and monitoring
  • Speed and security kept on top of
  • Small changes included
  • You ring me, it gets done

Ads are optional and separate. Ad spend is always your money and goes straight to Google or Meta. Ad management is a flat $500 a month plus GST, or 15 percent of spend once you are over about $3,000 a month.

Straight answers

The questions I actually get asked.

Why would I pay you and not a $500 web bloke?

+

You can get a website for $500. It will be a template with your logo on it, it will load slowly, and it will collect name-and-number scraps you chase for a week. What I build is a lead machine wired into the job system you already run. If it wins you two extra jobs a year it has paid for itself. That is the whole argument.

How long does it take?

+

Live in about a week once I have your photos and your details. Not months. I am one bloke who builds, not an agency passing your job between four people.

I already have a website. Do I need the full build?

+

Probably not. The refresh is $2,500 to $5,000 plus GST and rebuilds what you have got, sharp and quick, with the SEO sorted. Book a call and I will tell you straight which one you need.

What is the monthly for?

+

Hosting, backups, keeping it fast and secure, and the small changes you never get around to. $150 to $250 a month depending on the size of the site. No lock-in contract.

Do you only do tradies?

+

I am a fencer, so trades is where I am most useful. But the build is the same for any service business that runs on leads and quotes.

Can you run my ads too?

+

Yes. Ad spend always stays your money and goes straight to Google or Meta. Ad management is a flat $500 a month plus GST, or 15 percent of spend once you are over about $3,000 a month.

Let's talk

Tell me what your website is failing at.

Half an hour, no pitch. Bring your current site if you have one. I will tell you whether you need the full build, a refresh, or honestly nothing at all.

  1. 1Pick a time that suits you
  2. 2Tell me where you want to get to
  3. 3I tell you straight what your next move is
